Project Angkat Rumah was organized by a filmmaker Liew Seng Tat with the collaboration of Five Arts Centre in the aim of reviving the gotong-royong spirit among Malaysians.
This specially built kampung house was carried by hundreds of volunteers for more than 1 kilometer from its staring point at SK Sentul Utama to its last destination at the Kuala Lumpur Performing Arts Centre (KLPAC)
